ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As aMarketing Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Melissa Snively - State Farm Agent, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency.
Your diversified marketing shapes our brands public image and cultivates existing client relations. Your efforts will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers experience, and strategically position our agency whether on social media or at community events!
While promoting our team, our insurance products / financial services, and the good we offer to our community, you also gain unique insights invaluable to your career growth.
As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
- Support community event planning and promotional activities.
- Manage social media accounts and online presence.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Proven experience in social media management.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools.
