Profile : A law firm in Birmingham, AL, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its civil litigation team focusing on insurance coverage and litigation.

Duties :
- Conduct coverage analysis for insurance cases.
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Perform legal research on insurance coverage and litigation matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide legal counsel and case updates.
- Manage discovery, including document review and analysis.
- Assist in taking depositions and prepare for trial.
Requirements :
- Strong writing and legal research skills.
- Knowledge of civil procedure and evidence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Education :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Alabama State Bar (required).
Certifications :
Admission to the Alabama State Bar.
Skills :
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
