Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee and streamline our day-to-day D.C. office operations. This pivotal role demands a self-starter with strong leadership skills and a commitment to long-term career growth with our company.

As the Office Manager, you will manage daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment, leveraging your integrity, problem-solving abilities, and proven management success to support our team and maintain an efficient workplace.

Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Utilize proficiency in office software to multitask and prioritize while overseeing day-to-day operations, office supplies, equipment, and coordinating activities.
  • Leverage strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to office operations, facilities, or staff, and independently implement policies and drive process improvements.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate office projects and events, including moves, technology upgrades, and special functions, while managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Prepare and process leadership expenses, manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with preparing client proposals and bids, process client contracts, and prepare various reports as needed.

Your Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a digital media / advertising setting is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Teams.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage priorities, tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Adaptability to handle responsibilities within a fast-paced advertising environment.

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.

This role will be eligible to participate in Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the Washington DC Salary Transparency Law.
