Position Overview :

As a Sales Director / Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our offshore staffing firm.

You will be responsible for spearheading our sales and business development efforts, building and nurturing relationships with key clients, and expanding our market presence.

This is a high-impact leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, a keen understanding of the industry landscape, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

You will work closely with the India sales and marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities :

Business Development Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Client Relationship Management : Build strong and lasting relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their unique needs, pain points, and objectives, and offer tailored staffing solutions to address them effectively

Sales Target Achievement : Set ambitious sales targets and lead the sales team to achieve them. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance results.

Market Research and Analysis : Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands. Utilize market research and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and refine the sales approach.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations : Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of staffing projects.

Collaboration and Coordination : Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Revenue Forecasting and Reporting : Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and performance analysis for the senior management team.

Use data insights to make informed business decisions.

Conference and Events : Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Travel as needed to participate in these events, promoting the brand and establishing valuable connections.
