LHH has partnered with a growing client to assist them in finding their next Logistic Coordinator. They will oversee the daily operations of the logistics process including product acquisition, distribution, and delivery.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes.
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure proper stock levels are maintained to meet demand.
Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
Coordinate with transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare and manage logistics documentation, including shipping, import / export, and customs paperwork.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including health and safety standards.
Monitor and manage logistics budgets.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience.
Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or in a similar role.
Familiarity with logistics and inventory management software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
