JobDescription :
We are looking for a dynamic and experiencedDirector of Business Development to lead our new businessacquisition efforts in Tampa Florida.
The Director ofBusiness Development will play a key role in driving growth andexpanding our client base in the skilled trades and legalprofessions.
Thisindividual will have the opportunity to build and lead ahighperforming team of Account Executives and shape the strategicdirection of our business developmentinitiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drivenew business and acquire clients in the skilled trades (HVACElectricians Construction Managers) and legal professions(Paralegals Legal Assistants)
- Lead and mentora team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughnetworking prospecting and relationship building
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensuresuccessful client onboarding and delivery of services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to informbusiness development strategies
Requirements :
- 5 years of proven experience as an AccountExecutive with a track record of success in new businessdevelopment
- Previous experience in agencystaffing or recruitment industry
- Previousexperience staffing in Skilled Trades and / or LegalProfessions
- Demonstrated leadership experiencewith the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing orrelated field
- Strong communication negotiationand strategic planning skills
- Selfmotivatedresultsdriven and able to work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment
