Job Summary : The Sr. Manager, Marketing B2C will define, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing product / service initiatives including : target market definition, integrated marketing plan, launch strategy, upsell strategy, and acquisition strategy that achieves business goals and financial objectives.

As the Sr. Manager, you will define and own product / service positioning and value propositions and create world-class consumer experiences in partnership with cross-functional teams.

You will utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, digital, CRM / email, app, and web pages.Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of proven experience marketing in consumer marketing (B2C), e-commerce, technology, or devices industries executing successful marketing strategies that drive new consumer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value6+ years experience working across digital marketing channels including paid and organic social, search, display, video, and on-site promotionsExperience motivating and guiding cross-functional teams, vendor and agencies and / or internal creative teamsExperience managing through the line media, fluent in modern media optimizationKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Proven expertise in analyzing marketing performance metrics and customer insightsSkilled at tracking campaign ROI, budget management, and allocation of strategic budget and resources to maximize return on investmentCommunication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsAbility to write customer-facing content and guide creative teams while executing directly on marketing campaigns across channelsAbility to travel up to 25% of the time, mainly in North AmericaPreferred Qualifications :

Master’s degree or MBAStrong understanding of the smart home category and emerging trendsStrong organizational and project management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlinesCreative, yet analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure campaign effectivenessCreative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovationAbility to provide leadership, mentorship, and build internal cultureAdept at working in a cross-functional organizationComfortable in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, and self-starter environment for a large consumer brandDemonstrated ability to interpret marketing data and analytics to draw insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize campaign performanceEssential Duties and Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Software Engineering teams to align marketing strategies with product enhancements, promotions, and events ensuring a seamless customer journey and experienceUtilize data to measure the performance of all initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement and growthConduct ongoing customer and market research and help manage testing that optimizes each initiative and develop new ideas across channelsCollaborate closely with Content and Creative, leading the development of compelling product / service copy / content and campaigns while ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all consumer-facing effortsOversee development of all communications and programs across the broader marketing teamMaintain collaborative working relationship with product management by maintaining open communication channels, supporting initiatives with rich plans, and clarifying the brief and prioritizing activities and objectives where necessaryPartner closely with our Insights and Product teams to understand consumer needs, customer needs, and the broader competitive landscape;

stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve demand generation strategiesAs a Sr. Manager, you will :

Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining team membersDrive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback, and facilitating employee development per the company’s policiesMaintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to teamLead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CGI mission, vision, and valuesThis role will be hybrid out of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters.
