Position Summary :

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care, companionship, and support to individuals in their daily activities.

Your goal will be to help our clients celebrate life by offering a warm, respectful, and loving presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care : Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Companionship : Provide emotional support, engage in meaningful conversations, and participate in activities that clients enjoy.
• Meal Preparation : Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Housekeeping : Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and comfortable living environment.
• Transportation : Accompany clients to appointments, social events, and recreational activities.
• Health Monitoring : Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and any changes in clients' condition.

Qualifications

• Experience : Previous caregiver experience preferred, especially in a home care or assisted living setting.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Requirements :
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
