Job Description
We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly-motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory.
The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients.

Compensation :
$55,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Appear at in-person or online trainings and meetings.
- Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
- Create a rapport with clients and build lasting relationships
- Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients
- Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, account statuses and potential clients
- Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients
- Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
- Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, and customer service is considered a plus
- Punctual and well put together
- Must conduct yourself with integrity as an ambassador of our brand
- You must enjoy working with people and talking to people
- Energetic and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve your goals
- Ability to handle difficult situations while remaining calm, cool, and collected
- Thrive in a competitive and fun team environment
- Selected candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check
- Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
