AP Manager

Vaco is looking for an AP Manager for one of their best clients in Berks County because of growth and expansion. This person will be a hands-on contributor as well as mange 3 AP Specialists.

This is a fast-paced environment and there will be opportunities to improve existing processes and make suggestions for new processes as well.

Salary is 85k to 95k depending on experience.

This person will also assist with the month end close, assist with special projects, and help provide data and documents for audits.

We need someone who has worked with an ERP or large accounting software system and can coach team members how to validate purchase orders against invoices and how to reconcile vendor statements against vendor open items, communicate with vendors by email and phone to resolve discrepancies, and manage and reconcile credit card accounts.
