Responsibilities : As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for the following :
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, material selection, color schemes, equipment details, estimated project costs, and construction timelines.
- Develop detailed architectural working drawings, encompassing plans, elevations, sections, intricate details, and comprehensive schedules.
- Perform regular on-site inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved plans and design specifications.
- Act as the client's representative in soliciting construction bids and evaluating contract proposals.
- Create comprehensive operating and maintenance manuals, conduct studies, and prepare insightful reports.
- Utilize your proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD to create and modify architectural drawings with precision.
- Leverage your skills in InDesign and Photoshop to enhance project presentations and documentation.
Qualifications : To thrive in this role, you should possess :
- A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for precise and efficient drafting.
- Desired skills in InDesign and Photoshop for visually impactful presentations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining design integrity throughout construction.
