Here, you will make an impact by : Direct the distribution of Durable Medical Equipment, Consumables and Spare Parts to Service Centers across the United StatesUse, compile, and interpret various sources of data to make recommendations that aid in the management and improvement of supply chain performanceDevelop and maintain data sources required for analysis and execution using corporate databases and analysis toolsOversee change management : Identify impacts, mitigate risks, help communicate changes to internal team and external stakeholders within your span of controlPartner with other functional areas to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Recognize impacts on related processes and ensures communication of issues and proposed solutions to appropriate business and process owners.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications : A Bachelor's degree in data management, supply chain management, forecasting, finance or engineering AND min of 1 years of related job experienceORA high school diploma AND a min 5 years of related job experienceANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required : Intermediate working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other query language.

Proficiency in Data reporting and analysisAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include : Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate in diverse, multi-functional environments that require both direct and influential skills.

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $82,370 - $100,675, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.

In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental and Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.
