Benefits :The Goddard School is seeking floating assistant teachers in our infant / toddler program (under 2 years old) at our Murray Hill location.

- This brand new, state-of-the-art preschool facility has ;
- 13 classrooms
- All classrooms equipped with phones, Apple iPads & Bluetooth speakers
- Fully stocked supplies room including arts & crafts
- On site indoor gym and private outdoor play spaces in StuyTown
- Face recognition for school entry
As an Employee, you will receive the following Benefits :
- Twenty-Seven (27) paid personal days (Yes 27!!!) per year as follows :
- Ten (10) paid personal days per calendar year
- Five (5) paid personal days between Christmas and New Year's Day when the school is closed
- Seven (7) paid holidays per calendar year.
- Five (5) sick days per year (available to all employees, accrual starts with no waiting period)
- Up to 100% tuition reimbursement subject to performance and commitment to work for a specified period.

Qualifications :
An assistant teacher must have a high school diploma or equivalent. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Teacher Responsibilities
- Working alongside the classroom teachers to implement planned activities
- Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
- Supporting each childs social and emotional development
- Establishing positive and effective family relations and communication
- Maintaining routine and structure in the classroom
