Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 80-100 outbound calls daily to educate and enroll prospective members in servicesBuild trusting relationships with members and understand their needs to inform the care teamObtain consent, conduct enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent member needs as necessaryRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related role, such as a call center or front officeBasic knowledge of healthcare systems and processesExperience working in fast-paced environments or startupsProficiency with technology, including Zoom, Google Suite, and electronic health recordsAbility to work in a quiet and secure environment for remote operations
