Overview :
Product : 3C Patch System 100%Autologous 3layer patch utilizing the patients living cells tosupport wound healing.
Scope ofwork : The Clinical Specialist calls upon theclinician or provider within the wound care industry whilereporting to the Clinical Director.
This position is clinical (MUSTHAVE CLINICAL DEGREE or DIPLOMA i.e. RN BSN PT preferred). Thecompany is producing a growing body of clinical research with anexciting new autologous wound care therapy used to promote woundhealing.
The therapy uses the patients own blood cells to create apatch of leukocytes platelets and fibrin. Current or previous woundcare certifications preferred.
Location andCoverage :
US based work fromhome office.
Travel to customer sitesorganizational events Sales Meetings Trainings Events / Conferencesor other inperson meeting(s).
4060% traveldepends on city & state location. Main Locations will beCleveland Cincinnati Columbus OH and Greater Chicago ILarea
QualificationsNeeded :
MUST HAVE a ClinicalDegree (RN BSN PT preferred)
Wound careexperience is preferred.
Must be Certified orPreviously Certified in Wound Care
Preferred atleast 3 years of experience in a postacute wound carecenter
Experience with computer applicationsPowerPoint Excel Word video conferencing and email.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise soundjudgment in business relationships.
Responsibilities / Duties :
Clinical knowledge of wound care with the ability toeffectively teach and train providers clinicians and noncliniciansin oneonone and group training sessions.
Exceptional communication skills including ability to interact atall levels within a client organization and ability to effectivelypresent information in small and large group settings.
Extremely selfmotivated goaloriented and flexible withthe ability to manage competing priorities.
Collaboration with crossfunctional team members on strategicactivities and communication.
Proficient inorganizing and managing workload effectively while traveling.
Assessment of wound progression for patientson therapy.
Identification of new patients andfacilitation of therapy with designated providers andprogram / clinical directors.
