Role Expectations :

• Estate Planning Expertise : Proficient in guardianship and probate avoidance strategies.
• Advanced Knowledge : Familiarity with GRATs, ILITs, and SLATs.

Compensation :

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main attorney handling estate planning and probate matters, engaging directly with clients to fulfill their goals.
• Assist clients through the entire process, starting from the initial handover by the sales team until the successful closure of the case file.

Qualifications :

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, accompanied by strong references.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in estate and trust administration and probate is required for this position.
• Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law in the state of Florida.
• Residence in the state of Florida is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Candidates must also be eligible to work in the United States.
