We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong execution ability with basic marketing knowledge and an eagerness to learn.

Role Summary

This role will play a pivotal part in Finit's marketing success by creating tailored marketing content, managing our marketing campaigns in HubSpot, making updates to our website, and more.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management :

• Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns in HubSpot.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Content Creation :

• Create high-quality marketing materials including sales sheets, one-pagers, and case studies.
• Tailor content to specific audiences and business needs, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and positioning.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and effective marketing collateral.

General Marketing Support :

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and webinars.
• Manage and update Finit's social media profiles and presence.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project management as needed.

Website Management :

• Perform minor updates and maintenance on our WordPress website.
• Ensure website content is current, relevant, and engaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features or updates as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with experience in B2B marketing.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and WordPress.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Basic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remote Workplace :

Employees at Finit primarily work remotely. Our consultants may have some travel requirement to client locations. Our corporate office is located in Cincinnati, OH and may be used for collaborative work.
