Shipping Clerk Pay : $21 / hour
Shipping Clerk Shift : 8am-4 : 45pm M-F Maple Grove, MN
Shipping Clerk Job Overview : The shipping clerk prepares shipments by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.
Move and / or hoist materials for proper packing. The position involves lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50lbs with proper assistance.
Shipping Clerk Key Requirements :
- Experience using ERP System
- Experience with operation of power tools such as skill saw, radial arm saw, portable drill, and air nailer.
- Experience using Logistics software to prepare products for shipping. Arrange for product pick up.
- Experience handling shipping materials or supplies; operating material handling equipment; accessing information on a computer;
reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Basic math, good verbal and written communication
- Bend and lift up to 50lbs, stand 8 hour shift
Shipping Clerk
Shipping Clerk Key Responsibilities :
- Verifies quantity and quality of order, palletize for safe shipment
- Lays out, measures, and marks dimensions and references lines on material, according to drawings or templates
- Drills and assembles or nails crafting material, with screws, bolts, and nails
- Maintain equipment in good working order, maintain clean work area, follow all safety precautions and procedures
