Fulfillment Assistant Manager

White Label Extracts is hiring! The Fulfillment Assistant Manager supports the Fulfillment Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring accurate accounting, order fulfillment, inventory management, and scheduling.

This role assists with data entry into the Cannabis Tracking System (METRC), managing product transfers, creating manifests, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Responsibilities include helping supervise staff, assisting in handling personnel issues, and ensuring efficient, flawless execution of order pulling, scheduling, and delivery.

The Assistant Manager also helps with invoicing when needed in the absence of the manager, supporting sales reps when needed and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Maintaining confidentiality and cleanliness in the fulfillment area is essential.

Job Duties :

• Works closely with sales reps and fulfillment team to ensure accuracy in accounting, orders, inventory, and scheduling while also ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist in managing LeafLink
• Assist with Audits
• Follows the direction of the Fulfillment Manager and assists them in day to day operations
• Handwrite information from invoices to Metrc tags.
• Assist with creating tags that indicate the appropriate product on each order.
• Enter information into the Cannabis Tracking System (METRC).
• Assist with transferring product from one license to the next
• Assist in accurately pulling orders from invoices
• Use tags in the CTS (METRC) to create manifests with provided driver information and delivery schedules.
• Create trade samples for distribution
• Assort and organize new and current product into designated areas
• Double check orders pulled by teammates
• Assist with invoicing in the absence of fulfillment manager
• Assist in maintaining inventory of all merchandise and assist with fixing inventory discrepancies
• Ability to manage personnel issues, including disciplinary actions with confidence and equality
• Assist in overseeing the day-to-day inventory and order fulfillment processes with an eye on efficiency, flawless execution, scheduling, route preparation and route delivery
• Assisting Sales Representatives, answering inventory questions / concerns, and helping them succeed with all their vendor account needs (manifest issues, test results, things that come up in the field).
• Staying up to date with all processes, laws, rules, regulatory information, guidelines and changes pertaining to OLCC
• Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all confidential information, including but not limited to inventory counts, sales data, wholesale costs, and overall company information
• Clean and maintain cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Other duties assigned

Required Skills / Abilities :

• Must have experience with Quickbooks and Metrc
• Takes initiative, must be willing to complete the task (stay late if required)
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment as well as stay busy in down time
• Understanding of state packaging design and approval process (we will work with you on this)
• Experience with Google Drive / Sheets / Docs
• Be able to frequently multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Be able to work and stay on task in a group environment.
• Ability to accept positive and constructive feedback.
• Effective communication skills and positive team player.

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent required

• OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit
• 1 year Metrc experience (Preferred)

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to work seated in a temperature controlled workspace (cooler) for long periods of time.
• Close visual focus required.
• This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
• Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
