We have opened a new search for a General Manager to lead a local KC residential HVAC / Mechanical Services business.
Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Management : Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Team Development : Mentor and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff.
- Customer Relations : Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal health.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Proven track record in a senior management role within the HVAC or mechanical services industry.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in financial management and strategic planning.
