Job Overview - Clinical Supervisor (LMSW) :
Take on a key leadership role with our client as a Clinical Supervisor (LMSW) in Bronx, NY, overseeing clinical services, case management, and program evaluation.
You’ll manage staff, ensure compliance, and support populations affected by HIV / AIDS, mental health, and substance abuse.
Compensation : $40 / hour
Location : Bronx, NY
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities as the Clinical Supervisor (LMSW) :
- Case Management : Oversee case assignments, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct audits, enforce home visit policies, and oversee client service plans.
- Leadership : Train, mentor, and evaluate staff, handling escalations and difficult cases.
- Program Development : Lead group programming and ensure regular reassessment of client service plans.
- Coordination : Work with staff to maintain occupancy, place clients in housing, and facilitate access to benefits and services.
- Reporting : Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, maintaining government compliance. Qualifications for the Clinical Supervisor (LMSW) :
- Licensure : New York State LMSW in Social Work required.
- Experience : 4+ years of Supervisory experience managing case management teams, with expertise in HIV / AIDS, mental health, substance abuse, and formerly homeless populations.
- Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge : Extensive understanding of HIV / AIDS case management, HRA Congregate Housing Program guidelines, and experience in family, individual, and group counseling.
