Learn more about our benefits here : We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Health Solutions Insights (HSI) organization as an IT Product Manager with specialization in Salesforce.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a tactical actor, and is passionate about leading technical teams and enhancing business processes.

You will be responsible for managing the overall product vision and roadmap for Salesforce projects, while also working hands-on to implement and customize solutions.

This role requires a strategic mindset to understand and prioritize business needs, coupled with the technical skills to build and maintain Salesforce configurations using point-and-click tools.

Responsibilities : Own the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap, maintaining stakeholder and client alignment.

Provide governance on Salesforce usage, ensure Salesforce configurations are aligned with best practices and comply with security and data protection standards.

Work with the project leads and SMEs to develop user personas and gather project requirements, translating them into functional specifications and detailed user stories.

Perform declarative development in Salesforce, i.e., design, build, and configure Salesforce solutions with point-and-click tools.

Provide ongoing support and training to facilitate user adoption of Salesforce solutions.Collaborate with the Project Task Lead on budget, timelines, and scope, manage licenses and staff selection for proposed solutions.

Own the high-level sprint plan and lead the team through sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.Coordinate with QA for testing, work with developers to promote changes to UAT and production environments, and run sprint demos.

Maintain feedback loop to maintain product alignment with client needs and inform future development and enhancements to the product.

Stay updated on latest industry updates and best practices to inform continuous improvements to the platform.Position Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 5 years of combined experience in Salesforce administration, development, or Salesforce product management.Salesforce Admin certification desired;

additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder) are a plus.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and SDLC best practices.

Prior experience in managing Salesforce product roadmaps and translating business requirements into technical solutions are a plus.

Working knowledge of agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) preferred.Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client and stakeholder relationships.

This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of $100,000 - $140,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
