Job Description
- Work with National Recruiting team to support their efforts to source, recruit and qualify applicants.
- Make outbound and answer incoming calls as needed to gather documentation from applicants. Contact other carriers to verify applicants driving experience.
- Process applicants to Qualified Pending by Safety Risk Management.
- Track and update all applicants in Tenstreet platform.
- Ensure applicants qualify and meet SRM criteria based on information from application, 3rd party qualifying reports and VOPEs.
- Responsible for verifying applicants previous driving experience as part of driver qualification.
- Reduce time safety spends reviewing applications by consistently providing quality applicant files.
- Manage time efficiently to qualify applicants in Tenstreet Applicant Tracking System.
Job Requirements
- Some college preferred
- Experience in Customer Service or Call Center setting desirable
- Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA Regulations a benefit
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time well
- Capacity to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
