El puesto de Cocinero De La Linea de Cocina se trata de :
- Seguir las recetas, los procedimientos, los controles de las porciones y las especificaciones de presentacion establecidas.
- Demostrar comprension y conocimiento de como usar y mantener correctamente todo el equipo en la estacion.
- Prepare, cocine y emplate todos los alimentos segun las indicaciones de manera higiencia y oportuna.
- Realice tareas basicas de preparacion, incluida la manipulacion de productos crudos y carnes, siguiendo las especificaciones de calidad del restaurante y siguiendo los estadares adecuados de higiene y manipulacion de alimentos.
- Asistir con la limpieza, el saneamiento y la organizacion de la cocina, camaras frigorificas y todas las areas de almacenamiento.
- Realizar responsabilidades adicionales, aunque no detalladas, que le soliciten los Chefs o Gerentes en cada momento.
