Essential Functions :
- Set up equipment and items in a timely fashion needed to carry out a successful catered meal. Typically includes : setting up a buffet or food station, setting dining tables, preparing for food and beverage service.
- Serves food and beverage to guests as specified in Event Order in a manner that maintains professionalism and high guest satisfaction.
- Clean up equipment and items used during service and return to storage to be used for next event.
- Anticipate and be aware of guest needs before and during event in order to provide high-quality service.

These physical demands represent the physical requirements necessary for an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

- Position requires standing during entire shift
- Position requires the ability to carry a banquet serving tray of at least 6 dinners with the end goal of 8 dinners.
- Assisting Conference Services if applicable : the ability to regularly lift 55 lbs
Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities :
- Basic reading and writing skills
- At least one year of experience in catering or fine dining
