Job Title : BUSINESS PROGRAM MANAGER
Location : Atlanta, GA, Richmond or Norfolk, VA (Hybrid)
Must have work experience with healthcare insurance domain
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of business programs.
Align program goals with business objectives, ensuring milestones are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
Monitor and report on program progress, performance, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Continuously evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (12+ years) in program management or business operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
