Responsibilities :
- Lead comprehensive global market research to inform strategic decision-making for various customer segments, including healthcare professionals and patients.
- Develop actionable insights to support product launch planning and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market dynamics by integrating data from multiple sources to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and product performance.
- Create and manage performance tracking studies and key performance indicators to evaluate market impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure insights effectively guide business strategies.
Requirements :
- 7+ years of quantitative and qualitative primary market research experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, including pharma consulting.
- Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills for effective task coordination and execution.
- Collaborative approach with experience in fostering teamwork across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
