Role Responsibilities :
New Shop Account Outreach (40%)
- Cold Calling Shops : Actively visit independent repair shops to establish parts ordering relationships with car dealers.
- Identify Key Personnel : Connect with shop personnel responsible for parts ordering to facilitate effective communication.
- Facilitate Introductions : Arrange introductions between new shop customers and dealership Parts Managers and wholesale teams.
- Confirm Orders : Coordinate with dealership wholesale teams to confirm and manage customer orders.
- Update CRM Profiles : Maintain and update customer profiles in the Wholesale CRM system.
- Document Visits : Log all account visits and interactions in the Dealer CRM database.
Shop Software Adoption (40%)
- Identify Non-Users : Identify shops not using key EPO platforms (CollisionLink, OPS, CCC, RepairLink) for targeted adoption initiatives.
- Promote Collaboration : Persuade shops to collaborate with local Car Dealerships through platform features and benefits.
- Provide Support : Assist shops with platform sign-up, installation, integration, and usage.
- Manage Issues : Handle and escalate shop issues with platform providers.
Dealer Program Engagement (20%)
- Field Coordination : Collaborate with Wholesale Parts Specialists for each Dealer contact.
- Market Kickoff Participation : Attend market kickoff events for shop visits and platform adoption plans.
- Share Plans and Schedules : Develop and share detailed contact plans and schedules with Dealers and teams.
- Review Sales Data : Analyze Dealer sales data to monitor EPO platform adoption and identify improvements.
- Coaching Dealers : Coach Dealers on optimizing order response times and conversion rates.
- Escalate Opportunities : Identify and escalate Dealer opportunities for additional support and development.
Years of Experience : 5+ years of experience in a relevant role within the automotive or wholesale industry is required.
Education :
- Required : bachelor’s degree
- Desired : master’s degree in business management or marketing
Skills :
- Communication skills interpersonal, presentation, and written.

Specialized Skills :
- Required : Experience in wholesale parts sales, sales experience / sales acumen, understanding of US automotive aftermarket
- Desired : Experience in directing sales across multiple channels, knowledge of Aftermarket or OEM sales and supply environment, wholesale (Field) automotive experience, parts, accessory, & service marketing experience, retail / parts manager experience, proficient in current Dealer DMS systems data and Office applications.
Work Flexibility :
- Must be willing to travel up to 95%. Travel within set regional areas within the US.
