Restructuring and Turnaround Services - Talent Management and Deployment Director

• 7-10+ years of relevant experience.
• MBA or Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience working in restructuring, turnaround or management consulting.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
• Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.

What You'll Do :

• Provide Service Delivery teams with qualified candidates for open project needs, prioritizing needs and allocating resources in alignment with business, client, and talent strategy.
• Utilize information from the Talent Acquisition team and information housed in our deployment tools to assess best-fit practitioners taking into consideration practitioner's skills, professional goals, and / or staffing preferences.
• In working to fill resource requests, advise the Service Delivery teams on creative and alternate staffing solutions that may provide improved quality, timeliness, or margin.
• Maintain understanding of full portfolio of engagements and sales pipeline for the designated business area by analyzing deployment data, leveraging business relationships, and gathering key information from the Service Delivery teams.
• Identify future demand surges and supply shortages by level, skill, and / or industry, and partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to develop recommendations for mitigating any misalignment of supply and demand.
• Support deployment needs for large, cross-practice engagements, with a focus on driving a streamlined business experience.
• Maintain high-level of proficiency in all deployment tools and relevant resources.
• Develop, or maintain, a deep understanding of the skills required on typical RTS projects and create a comprehensive talent database that tracks RTS staff's skill attainment, proficiency, and experience.
• Work with HR and RTS leadership to lead, or coordinate, relevant functional training, both internally and externally.
• Serve as a coach, or facilitate coaching and mentoring experiences with RTS leadership, for RTS staff.
• Partner with Practice Leads to help shape staffing strategy, enable attainment of practice revenue goals, and provide feedback to support staff retention.

The expected pay range for this position is $140,000 - $275,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible).

This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training;

skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
