Junior Consultant

Clearance : Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility required

Overview : IntelliBridge is actively recruiting for a Junior Consultant to support a federal law enforcement client’s Financial Processing Services Section (FPSS).

The Financial Processing Service Section (FPSS) mission is to provide support in enterprise-level software implementation initiatives, process improvement projects, confidential financial matters, travel, transfer, and commercial payments for executives, agents, and professional support staff across the country.

The Junior Consultant is responsible for contributing to modernizing business processes, standardizing procedures, and improving customer service efficiencies across the organization.

Using project management principles, the Junior Consultant will conduct benchmarks against other agencies, coordinate cross-division collaborative efforts for large-scale process changes, and develop communication and training initiatives for these efforts.

An ideal candidate should have a background in programmatic analysis or consulting, and be comfortable in a role that emphasizes autonomy, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to engage with clients.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, including : Gathering, scrutinizing, and assessing informationData entry, running reports, verifying the accuracy of data and conclusions, development of reports and resources including Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentationsAnalyzing reports and data, summarizing reports and data, documenting work performed, leading and documenting interviews.

Development and presentation of solutions and deliverables as well as facilitating and leading meetings, developing, and delivering training materials and / or assessing and improving business processes and controls.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, and initiative.
• Must be a team player willing to be adaptable and flexible to meet the mission.
• Experience working in collaborative sessions, while able to work independently after being provided guidance.
• Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Highly curious and eager to learn new processes, technology, and customer challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; education requirement may be waived if the candidate has five (5) or more years of experience.
• Familiarity with SharePoint content management.
• Prior experience with CGI Momentum software platform or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI functionality.
• Experience supporting the deployment of new software.

Travel : There may be opportunities to support operations through travel, but none is required
