Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings. Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Indiana therapy license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
