As part of our Pension Account Services team, the Software Tester provides user support and manual testing of the company’s proprietary applications.
This includes the development and execution of test cases, identifying and documenting data sets and reporting results to project leadership.
What you'll be doing...
The primary function of the Software Tester is to assist in preparing test cases, execute test cases, document results, and report status to project leadership. You will :
- Assist in the preparation of test cases.
- Execute test cases.
- Identify, reproduce and document bugs uncovered during testing using project testing defect remediation process.
- Regularly update existing test cases, as applicable, for changes and enhancements.
- Regularly update project leadership on test case execution status.
- May include working on User Documentation.
This position can be located in Mountlake Terrace, Federal Way, or Seattle, WA and currently allows for a hybrid work schedule of 2 days per week in office (Tuesdays & Wednesdays).
Who you are...
- Educated : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experienced : 2+ years of manual software testing experience
- Technically Savvy : Proficient in MS Office Suite with a strong background in Excel
- Analytical : Strong analytical and creative skills with an ability to think outside the box
- Organized : Strong organizational and time management skills
- Communicator : Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

- Hourly rate range of $27.64 - $37.40 per hour (dependent on experience & qualifications)
