What you’ll be doing :
- Plan, coordinate, and implement assigned projects, tracking capital investment budgets and equipment timing plans
- Lead production process development, including layouts, ergonomic designs, line balancing, and documentation like PFMEA, work instructions, and process flow
- Review designs for manufacturability, handle site preparation for project launches, and manage engineering changes affecting costs and timing
Need to have :
- Expertise in Automotive Systems, understanding of assembly for body, trim, chassis, powertrain, and interior system
- Robotic and Automation Knowledge, experience in both manual and automated systems, with a focus on JIT
- Data analysis, process improvements, and conveying technical information both in writing and verbally, with proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and more
