Job Description :
Source, order and maintain an inventory
Responsible for cost reduction activities.
Maintain inventory levels of goods purchased
Negotiate prices with vendors
Forecast level of demand to meet business needs and keep a continuous analysis of usage and balance.
Responsible for updating deliveries involved in inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with Warehouses, Customer Service, and Logistics to ensure all changes to deliveries and shipments are communicated to the appropriate parties.
Ensure proper process for modifying deliveries or issuing customer credits.
Assist in end-of-month inventory reconciliations addressing discrepancies.
Monitor and manage an email inbox, providing coverage as needed to resolve issues across all sites.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar role.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
