RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Management Coordinator will coordinate internal finance project management activities and provide project management support to other functional areas within PROMETRIKA as needed :
- Coordinate monthly Project Finance Review meetings with executive management for all impacted projects at PROMETRIKA including scheduling the meetings, preparing agendas, preparing minutes, and assisting other project managers with preparing the necessary reports, as needed
- Support Project Managers in project set-up and close-out tasks
- Assist with the processing of newly executed Statements of Works or Amendments
- Assist with the creation and update of Budget to Actual and Budgeted Hours spreadsheets for projects
- Assist project managers in the oversight of sponsor projects including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, timelines, and ensuring that project communications are appropriately documented
- Assist in the management of documents to be submitted to a Trial Master File for any assigned project
- Assist Project Managers in the documentation of project-specific training in PROMETRIKA's LMS
- Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree
EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated expertise with PCs and standard Microsoft Office software applications, in particular, Excel
- Experience in the life sciences industry preferred but not required
