Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation and Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and servicing our advanced water treatment systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair Ecowater water treatment systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with water treatment systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining system functionalities.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, services, and repairs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
- Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems or similar equipment.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
