Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in adhesives, sealants, and thermal interface materialsManage sales projects through all phases from requirements collection to serial supplyPrepare and conduct technical customer meetings and project reviewsDefine work packages for technical support teams and orchestrate input from cross-functional resourcesDrive new business opportunities and enhance strategic partnerships with key accountsQualifications
5+ years of professional experience in technical sales, preferably in adhesive and / or thermal technologiesBachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in Engineering, Materials Science, or ChemistryStrong project management skills and stakeholder management capabilitiesAbility to adapt and operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environmentsWillingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight tripsPreferred Qualifications
