The hiring leader for this role, Jennifer H, manages demand side management which has two different teams. We have demand response and energy efficiency which are both operational teams supporting the DSM umbrella.

Team is responsible for managing timing and quantity of energy customers energy as well as providing incentives; whether it's through rebates or credits on their bill for all those demand side management products.

This role may be a bit broader because we cross function between both of our teams. You could think of EV rebate, an electric vehicle rebates all the way to our demand response.

We also have a saver switch program and that allows us to control their cooling on their air conditioning to reduce load.

We also have rebate incentives and that's probably what Tim S focused on this morning. This resource will be focused on the operational work for both programs / teams, depending on seasonality and needs.

What does a typical day look like? The resource would primarily be responsible for residential saver switch and AC Rewards, which is a smart thermostat program.

That's our biggest volume of work orders; last year, we did about 40,000 saver switch work orders. This person would also work indirectly through Salesforce and / or email, with the third-party vendor, Hunt Electric.

The team is also responsible for commercial saver switch work orders; this resource might do both, however, the responsibility would be supporting saver switch residential, commercial and AC rewards work orders.

The resource is also responsible for ensuring that the customers are eligible for the program that they are signing up for (energy efficiency program or demand response program.

Resource will need to ensure that they have the right equipment to participate and then making sure whether the dollars that we're sending or the incentives that were paying are accurate.

The team processes approximately 80K residential rebates and about 12,000 Commercial Rebates annually. In addition, we also do about 300 commercial industrial program contract changes for customers that sign up for different programs.
