JOB SUMMARYThe Maintenance Mechanic (Levels I & II) are responsible for following daily work assignments to meet GMP standards while following all company safety policies and general policies : troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, and installing all production line equipment.
This position is also responsible for removing, disassembling, reassembling and re-installing pistons during washouts. The Maintenance Mechanics also performs all monthly preventive maintenance procedures for packaging line equipment and is responsible for performing the maintenance roll in the bi-annual production line deep cleaning-super sanitization procedure.
RESPONSIBILITIESProvide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projectsPerform daily work assignments as assigned by the Maintenance Group Leader, Maintenance Supervisor or Department Manager.
Respond to pages for repairs, adjustments, & issues on production lines. Work on projects (equipment re-location, installations, & upgrades)Complete work orders for repairs and logging all activities in logbooks when required.
Pull, disassemble, reassemble and re-install pistons during washout.
