  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Payroll including state and federal taxes, child support, health insurance etc.
  • Online banking, including direct deposit
  • ACH and wire transfer
  • Franchise taxes
  • State and local taxes
  • Experience with Financial statements and understanding of chart of accounts etc.
  • Ability to work with Certified Public Accountants
  • Some human resource documentation Filing
  • Office supply management* Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)* Software based inventory system integrated with QuickBooks* Software base timeclock system and management
