Act as both a high-performing individual contributor as well as team / functional leader for hardware development and maintenance Be the company SME in mechatronics design Lead efforts to detect, analyze and fix hardware design issues Participate in design reviews with focus on DFM and DFR Ensure the design process, defined in the Quality Management System (QMS), is being followed.
Work Experience Requirements : Combination of degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar and experience across product development and product maintenance : minimum of BS + 10 years experience, MS + 8 years, PhD + 5 years.
2 years experience as an engineering lead Other Skills Desired : Medical Device experience preferred Experience with orthotics and / or exoskeletons Design of devices used by consumers Design of devices used by elderly or with physical limitations Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
