The work will be challenging, but always rewarding. It’s Work That Matters. Overview Job Purpose and Summary : Provides clinical and administrative supervision for assigned Occupational Therapy staff.

Supervises, counsels, and evaluates performance staff. With the Manager, Occupational Therapy, takes a lead role in program development and implementation, policy and procedure review and development, and staff education, orientation, and professional development.

Coordinates schedules and works with team to ensure efficient, high quality, evidence-based care practices. Demonstrates a commitment to a patient and family focused model of care and promotes hospital mission, values and service standards.

Minimum Qualifications / Work Experience : 3+ years of relevant clinical experience in discipline. Previous leadership experience preferred.

Education / Licensure / Certification : Degree from an accredited school in Occupational Therapy. Master’s degree in health-related field.

California Board of Occupational Therapy license. American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider CPR Certification. Pay Scale Information $110,656.

00-$199,181.00 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.

Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. We provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs.
