Job Description :

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to help drive Cisco’s portfolio of Purpose related communications and platforms.

The role will be part of a dynamic team in People, Policy & Purpose that leads all aspects of the annual Purpose Report, ESG Reporting Hub, Purpose website on Cisco.

com, and Purpose blog. The ideal candidate will be successful in logistics coordination and execution, strategic direction development, and cross-functional engagement to drive Cisco’s Purpose narrative and storytelling in alignment with Cisco's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead all aspects of the logistical planning, development, and execution of Cisco's Purpose Report.
  • Serve as main point of contact with external vendors supporting Cisco’s Purpose platforms.
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders within Cisco to gather necessary data and information.
  • Handle report creation timeline, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Partner with Purpose communications team on building a communications and marketing strategy for the various Purpose platforms.
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to effectively distribute and promote Purpose communications.
  • Contribute to the editorial roadmap for the Purpose Blog and coordinate with stakeholders on timeline and execution of written pieces for the blog.
  • Implement project management best practices and maintain clear and effective communication among team members.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Cisco's objectives and strategies to ensure Purpose communications align with them.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, preferably with experience in corporate reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Cisco's operations, systems, and objectives is a plus.
