As Whiteline Express Ltd. Driver Recruiter, you attract and hire top truck driver talent to Whiteline Express. You apply your knowledge and experience to generate qualified truck driver applications from a wide-variety of channels.

As a key member of a highly collaborative HR team, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in a cross-section of activities.

You Will

Execute effective sourcing techniques to find and attract truck driver candidates

Cultivate strong relationships with associations and training programs as a feeder to our candidate pool

Screen candidates to ensure candidate fit and DOT compliance

Utilize Tenstreet, our driver recruiting and hiring platform, to manage the driver talent pool & facilitate the hiring process

Collaborate with the team to evaluate and improve recruiting procedures, including Tenstreet configuration

You Have

Ability to commute to our headquarters located in Plymouth, Michigan. This is an on-site position .

A minimum of two (2) years of successful experience recruiting drivers

A solid track record of screening and qualifying candidates for driver positions

Previous experience using Tenstreet to recruit, hire & manage truck driver records

Working knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance practices
