Requirements :

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You :

Are able to pass a background check, possess a high school diploma or GED and have experience in a licensed childcare center, It is highly preferred that you have one of the following : a CDA, a TCC in early childhood education specialties, a TCD, or any college degree in ECE or Child Development.

Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.

Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
