Job Description
As a Driver Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficiency of our linehaul drivers.
You will oversee various aspects of driver management, including safety advocacy, communication, onboarding, certifications, equipment inspections, time & attendance, tractor assignments, employee conduct, administration, riding with road drivers, linehaul plan execution, and driver engagement.
Qualifications and Skills Required :
- Previous experience in transportation management or related field.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and transportation management software.
- This is not a remote position.
