We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our exceptional team. In the role of Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing and catering to our commercial insurance clientele.

Your duties will encompass nurturing client connections, evaluating insurance requirements, and suggesting suitable coverage alternatives.

Leveraging your Property & Casualty (P&C) license and experience in the insurance sector, you will deliver exceptional service while contributing to the agency's growth and prosperity.

Full Time

Salary Range : $40,000 - $60,000 with additional generous commission incentives

Benefits : 3 weeks of paid time off, along with life insurance, dental, and vision coverage

Required Education / License : Mandatory possession of a Property & Casualty (P&C) License

Minimum Experience : At least 2 years in insurance sales and service

Compensation :

$40,000 - $60,000 + Commission

Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing proactive service.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and place coverage.
• Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes.
• Assist in the marketing and promotion of insurance products to potential clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in agency management systems.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Support other team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions and transactions.

Qualifications :

Education / License : Must hold a Property & Casualty (P&C) License.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales and service.

Skills :
