Job Description
Permanent position for an RDH - Registered Dental Hygienist part-time in Sunnyvale, CA office. Hours are Monday / Tuesday / Thursday 830-6.
Office offers 401k. This office sees 8-10 pts per day, but there is a dedicated assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling
and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings and x-rays
Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instructions and demonstrations of
effective oral hygiene methods
Communicate with doctor where there are opportunities in patients for restorative and / or
periodontal needs
Obtain and review dental history and / or records from patient (review patient health history and care
slips) and ensure health history is updated for all returning patients
Qualifications
Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
