Key Responsibilities :
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and vendors.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Salary :
$26-$28 / hourly ($26 / hour for those with less than 1 year)
