We are seeking individuals with strong verbal and writtenmunication skills who will provide exemplary customer service to our Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents and lenders via in-bound telephone calls and electronicmunications.
The ideal candidate will hold an active Personal Lines P & C agent license, however, we can provide license preparation for an otherwise qualified candidate.
Generouspensation for optional Saturdays.
Spanish / Bi-lingual skills, a plus.
Prior insurance agency experience including customer service and / or P & C insurance license, preferred.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Ability to interpret verbal and writtenmunication and make appropriate decisions.
- mitment to excellent customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong PC knowledge and key boarding skills.
- Access to strong and stable internet connection with separate, undisturbed workspace
- Flexibility is a must.
